These are a rare find! Made with fabric, they have a hand painted celluloid face, wearing a blue and white striped pointy hat with jingle bell on top, just adorable! They are imported from Germany circa 1960's or 70's, (we've also seen them imported from Japan, however, the box these came in said Hand Painted, West Germany), very rare and highly collectible.
